  • This price reflects the base module only. Each base module is fully finished on the interior and includes:
    – All electrical and plumbing systems
    – Interior finishes, fixtures, and cabinetry
    – Installed appliances (refrigerator, cooktop, oven, washer/dryer)

    This pricing does not include:
    – Site work or foundation
    – Delivery or installation
    – Exterior siding
    – Roof package

    The base module is delivered in a fully enclosed, weather-resistant Zip System shell—what we often refer to as the “green box.” This approach allows for flexibility in finish materials and efficient on-site assembly once the unit is in place.

Base Station 700L
