SATELLITE
Why, What and How
What Is a Satellite?
Satellite is a modular housing system designed for precision, performance, and possibility. Every Satellite unit is built using advanced CNC fabrication and a component-based assembly process that minimizes waste and maximizes control. These homes are compact, customizable, and crafted to meet the evolving demands of how we live now.
Each model is made from a series of prefabricated panels that come together to form structural “modules” — kitchen, living, sleeping, and task spaces — that can stand alone or be combined. From the small-but-mighty BaseStation 400 to larger L-shaped layouts like the 900L, Satellite homes offer flexibility for full-time living, guest accommodations, ADUs, or multi-unit developments.
Satellite isn’t just a product — it’s a system. A system that bridges innovation and affordability, bringing beautiful, high-performance housing within reach.
Why Choose Satellite?
Satellite is built for people who want more from their home: more function, more efficiency, and more intentional design — with less waste, less delay, and less complexity.
Here’s what sets it apart:
• Faster Delivery
Most units are ready to install in a single day, reducing construction time and neighborhood disruption.
• Lower Costs per Square Foot
With pricing starting around $222 per square foot, Satellite delivers premium quality without premium markups.
• Superior Energy Performance
All units are built to high standards of insulation, air-sealing, and passive solar design — reducing utility costs and environmental impact.
• Smarter Materials & Methods
We use high-performance sheathing, continuous insulation, energy recovery ventilation, and modular components for maximum durability and indoor air quality.
• Designed for Vermont — and Beyond
Every Satellite unit is crafted in Johnson, Vermont, with cold-climate performance and rural site conditions in mind.
